It’s not that, It’s the Money
A continuation of the article: The Affordability Crisis
It’s the Money. It always has been. The more you drive through remote areas from state to state, the more obvious it becomes. Whomever they dump their money on prospers. The further from the money spicket one is, the worse it gets, and as the years go by, well, it's heartbreaking.
Drive through Kentucky and tell me that farmers having hedge fund-level ROI on a dollar saved over the past 100+ years would not have made a difference. Each mile tells the story of the forgotten fields and corporate-purchased family farms. This is what the destruction of sound money has led to… roofless barns leaning from the westerly winds, waiting for one more gust, their last breath to be no more. Their aged boards twisted from exposure, wanting for care, serve as an Ebenezer to the human cost behind it all. Farmers didn't forget how to farm, we changed the game… rigged it in favor of those closest to the printer of the ever-expanding supply of freshly minted notes.
In one sense, when we look at the financial system of the world, we are breaking down a winning football game, critiquing the different plays and strategies… but we still won, even if we had to hit a few field goals to do it. Any critique of monetary policy or our global economic order should come with the plain observation that in most and many ways, we are now living in a better time than any other point in history. The greatest truths are held in the greatest tensions, and hot-dog is there a huge tension when it comes to the engine that drives the trajectory of human flourishing.
What got us here won’t get us there. There has to be a way to walk and chew gum… to have a fast-paced global market without bleeding the common man. It is possible, and it should be our goal to YoY increase win-win’s market share from win-lose.
We can and should stand on the shoulders of where we came from. We can inject even more liberty into capital markets, we can encourage more innovation, more risk. Everything worth doing at scale has always been and will always be a revelation in how to steward increased freedom. Absent this goal, we end up at the auction in Haarlem… and the oh so dark and memorable Tuesday.
The Left opposes billionaires, the right opposes big government, and the worst parts of both overlap significantly.
So why can’t we AGREE TO AGREE? Why must we DISAGREE TO AGREE?
Right and left, we allow our overseers to dictate our passions. We beg for them to wave their vaunted scepter of approval before we march a single step toward any goal.
We are so culled, so docile with our “yes massa, whad eva you say massa” mindset we have not even noticed their total control over the thing we… rely on - use - think about - worry about - stress over - work hard for - carefuly invest - work to save… every day we are earning, spending, saving, investing, something to do with money, yet… even with this thing that DOMINATES our life… we have not stopped and asked what the fuck is going on?
Most people can’t answer the question, “what is money” with even something slightly intelligible. It has been a comical experience asking people this question, most look up and to the side like they have never considered to think to ask this question, let alone answer it. The more educated, the worse the response. It is almost like the whole world runs on money, and the system’s goal is to keep us from understanding. Everything is obvious, and nothing is more obvious than how if we print money it's life in jail, or they might drop a missile on your head, but if they print money it’s the best thing ever Ever EVER!
We had 100 years of sound money, and the common man never had more power, and the corporate/ruling class never had less. If you did not already, please pause here and read the precursor to this article: The Affordability Crisis.
Left, right, *center, sideways or whatever-which-way… all the issues we care about are being ruined through their control of the global monetary system. I have seen many different people from many different backgrounds start to ask questions about money, and because there is no ruse so universally affecting us, there is no awakening so unifying. As people begin to understand the manipulations of our monetary system, they naturally, without being asked, without it even being difficult, begin to prioritize fixing this issue above the rest. There are a lot of slogans and sayings bobbing around political discourse, none are more true than, “Fix the Money, Fix the World.”
*While the authoritarian left is delivering most of the problems in our shared world, the fake center is how society dissolved into chaos. I am determined to give these plastic fear-filled automatons the smoke they deserve, a theme that will continue, for there isn’t a knob on which these cowards will not slob as long as it means looking sensible to their friends and peers. There is no greater insult to a soul than being one who drifts in neutral, defending the shifting sands of social acceptability while fully believing they were, are, and will be in the right because: “I’m a centriSt.” Sure you are… …everyone who matters sees you as you are, the grossest form of bottom-feeding maggot. You impress none other than your fellow rot-eating worms. Be hot or be cold.
If we didn’t obsess over the things that grant us permission to think, and dared to point out how they are draining our wealth through fiat manipulation, we would unify all but those taking.
How did we get slow-boiled into such a mess? The short answer, the aforementioned *center sensible surrender class. We are where we are due to the collective cowardice and apathy of the common man. It is our fault; we allowed this to happen, we prefer to get along to get along more than to do what it takes to live in abundance. The price of offending power structures was and is way too risky. Our culture’s unwillingness to question everything has caused us not to question anything, not even the things we use, consume, think about, and need most… MONEY.
Fair money is better than you think it is; it is the realization of what you thought was only for your hope-filled daydreams… sound money manifests what we have come to believe are only for the movies and our most unrealistic imaginings. We could have these nice things… but you, me, we color within the chains of their monetary lines, you, me, we refuse to question with wild abandon. We are too offended anytime we see anyone free and dancing in the streets. We are the inforcers, we the people are the beginning and end of the ruling classes’ power.
The problem is cultural: too many prefer safe spaces and trigger warnings when the answer has always been dangerous questions and bold statements. The truth can handle any accusation, it can handle all scrutiny, it can handle the worst of lies and salacious mud slinging. Inversely, their lies depend upon suppression and fear; they can’t handle kindergarten logic or even a mirror. The solution has always been right there in front of us: LIVE LIFE AS YOURSELF.
People have been waking up to their fiscal domination. The left brought us the Occupy movement, but it quickly became distracted and owned by the people pulling the strings. It is easy to see people's true motivations by what they prioritize. We should always consider what people do more than we listen to what they say. Just like how feminists align with Islam because their highest axiomatic priority isn’t women but destroying the West, the Occupy movement didn't actually want to fix money; they also wanted to see an end to the dominance of Western civilization. I watched so many libertarian minded people go openly talk to the Occupy movement, and while they were able to help many of the people consider new sets of information, those controlling the movement would have none of it, and like good little sheep, we let them. The saddest part is what these folks hate about Western civilization is the very thing we are also trying to rid ourselves of… it all comes back to the broken money. So we bicker and backstab, we bitch while breaking our backs, and buy just enough, we barely get by and live to kick the bills to another month.
We don’t have to live like this. It is very fixable. We can do this. We can win. We can have nice things. We used to. We can again. We will again. It will not happen until we shift our mindset away from obedience and open our minds toward offense.
Truth to Power without fear or favor used to mean what it is… those once sincere words currently carry the mantle of the upside-down. The “power inversion parallax” where the ruling elite make words/symbols/movements their distinct opposite. E.g.: Bush’s Patriot Act, which was purposefully and completely unpatriotic, O’Biden’s border security bill opened the border… even the new Animal Farm has become its opposite… these fiat-funded pillars of society turn goodness on its head and force-feed it back to us… and then they laugh as we shout down all those brave enough to protest.
Almost everything we consume is funded through fake fiat money. Most often, those who win are selected. Everything with significant attention is owned by the banking cartel… the adage, “show me the fortune, I’ll show you the crime” becomes more real with every passing fiat year. Yet, the few operating outside this crony monetary system are the very ones people demonize the most, for the fiat system always moves mountains to destroy anyone who finds success outside their endless greed and jealous grasp.
More posts surrounding our shared monetary enslavement:
The entirety of every system and power structure has one mission above all others: control the money.
No one will do it for us. We have to go out there and ask all the questions, offend all the things.
As always:
IT IS UP TO US
