We haven’t crossed the Red Sea… Yet

Draft status: rough

I have long said that Trump is an archetypal Moses figure leading his people, the American People, out of bondage and toward, as Lincoln put it, a new birth of freedom. As the Israelites were often mad at Moses, the right has vacillated back and forth with their support of Trump. I fully support different factions forming within the side of freedom (we must have them). That being said, as we all tend to do from time to time, folks are getting a bit over their skis when it comes to complaining about Donald. DJT winning in 2016 saved the free world from the unprecedented horrors of a second civil war, which would have erupted from the globalist world order that was to be implemented under Hillary.

Currently, Trump is still facing down that global cabal, the promise land is nowhere in sight, and the armies of Pharaoh pursue us with great vengeance. We are about to enter the crossing of the Red Sea portion of this journey. What comes next will be heightened emotions from all sides, confusion, and rage from the enemy, followed by an overconfident charge into the end of an era, their era. Here, the age of surrender hands the torch to the age of the sovereign. We are that sovereign, the only true authority there has ever been, our will, the will of the individual man.

When the torch is passed, the day is still long, and the culmination of freedom remains in the realm of the unknown. In these days where our dreams have yet to be realized, their fulfillment will greatly depend on our ability to weather hardship without losing focus on the goal. Many will experience the regret of the third crow, where they join the madness of the crowd, for we have all experienced the feeling of slipping into the waves as our eye strays from the mission and instead looks toward the chaos of the storm.

Currently, there are many whose political leanings can be most accurately summed up as being mad at Trump. This people would have been just mad at Moses for striking the rock or some other grievance. Grow up, live in reality. Care Bears and Rainbow Cupcakes are for children. The plank in your eye blinds your soul, and has burdened your mind with the same fantasies at the root of the Bolsheviks. Those who shape the future of humanity do so with the same shortcomings and victories that are common to all men. For many, their Disney-afied expectations have seeded their authority to chalitons who are more than happy to provide the desired smoke and mirror mirage that the unwitting masses have called their daily bread. This isn’t to say we should not criticize our leaders and call them to a higher place. We must. The greatest truths will always be held in the greatest tension. The goal must be to live with balance… reality.

For two so similar in archetype, Trump and Moses are certainly just as different in personality. I doubt a theater of firing folks orbited Moses, or he sold scrolls on the Art of Dealing with God. Nevertheless, these two men carried and carry the same purpose and impact on the trajectory of their people. Like Moses, Trump will die in the desert, and another will lead in the land of milk and honey.

Trump isn’t freeing H1Bs; he isn’t freeing 3rd world immigrants; he is leading the sons and daughters of the Revolution out of a land where they, like the Israelites, slowly become slaves.

Like Moses, he will die in the desert, and another will lead in the land of milk and honey.
